I’m often asked why the process of Transforming Therapy is so effective and so rapid.
The secret is the use of the emotions to open the subconscious mind. The problem with the traditional forms of psychotherapy is that there’s too much focus on rationality.
First I interview the client to collect information and during the interview I am highly interactive with the client, making observations and asking questions. I watch and listen to identify a prevailing or underlying emotion that appears to be central to their emotional life. Then, I immediately hypnotise them and intensify the prevailing emotion and use it as a pathway into the subconscious mind.
